I agree that the interior is aging, but errands in a vette are awesome. The back of a vette is like a dang el camino!

I get it, you dont like them, that's cool man. Hahaha

I work around corvettes all day. Have interest in leasing or buying? (:

There’s so much glue smell in Corvette’s you will be high after a few minutes. El Camino Hahahahaaa. It is certainly a big trunk. Hatchback style. I will get flame for saying this. Corvette customers are so cheap. I’m not sure who’s cheaper Bolt EV customers or Corvette customers!

I can't argue the customer point (but no flames coming from me). I've owned 6 of them, but ride them hard, track them, and don't put non functional parts (louvers) on them for car show purposes. I guess I am not the traditional vette guy as I never felt the need to spray paint engine dress up parts LOL.

As far as the glue smell on the C7's yeah, it is there for AWHILE (my 2014 STILL has it). I actually dig that smell though, but I'm nuts.

I'd buy a GS at $15k off and beat on it, just like I did with this 1LE...

In 100% honesty, when I saw this ZL1 1LE next to a new Z06, the 1LE looked better to me. That's saying a lot coming from a 2 seater dude.

15K off during the holidays indeed. There is customers that want 20K off almost on a daily basis.

The ZL1 1LE is a beautiful car, no doubt. But I am a open sky driver who loves convertibles. Make the ZL1 1LE a drop top and I am there!!!

2018 ZL1 1LE - 2:45.7
2017 Grand Sport - 2:47.1
2017 ZL1 - 2:50.1
One thing to note, C&D had a bent wheel on the ZL1 that prevented them from lapping it as much as other cars and they had to do their fast laps in it during the heat of the day. Most cars do their fast, timed laps in the early morning cool air. So they estimated that the ZL1 is capable of a 2.48 lap or even a 2.47 lap if all things had been equal.

I want to see a current Z06 lap time just not a 15 model best time.

I would tend to agree but with the price of Corvettes where they are, getting a Boxster doesn't make any financial sense. In fact a Porsche salesman said to me he doesn't know why dealers keep them in stock based on the performance/price ratio of a Corvette. He said the dealership tries to keep as few Boxster's on hand as possible. He would buy a Corvette over a Boxster.
