Have a nice evening.
I suppose that I can not account for anyone who can't negotiate a good price on a car, not the odd random dealer. I bought my 2SS 1LE for pretty close to invoice before incentives in April. Took a solid 15 minutes of back and forth.

If you look at what others paid, good deals are extremely common. In fact, many people bought 2SS for less than I paid around the same time.

As for last fall, Oct/Nov 17 they were $4k off sticker before even negotiating.

Have we seen actual evidence of a re-design? That's a serious question because all I've seen is the Jalopnik article suggesting that they are. Don't worry though, post refresh will be just as cheap

Have a good night!

Kind of like a base 1LT C7 versus a 3LT or 4LT no comparison.
Not trying to sound defensive, but a 2ss does have a lot more features for sure, but a whole lot more car? Same car more tech and creature comfort features.

Ironically the features I really wanted were in a 1ss, just not enabled :(

The heated/ventilated seats specifically. I don't think I ever listened to the radio in the 1SS but the 2SS isn't very good either IMO.

At least the cars weight basically the same.. 9lbs more for a 2SS or whatever it is.

When I was in the market for for a silver ice metallic there were two within 30mi from where I lived and Len Stoler was one of the dealers. Long story short, one day when I was at work I saw through cars.com Len Stoler dropped their price to $35K and I was curious so I took a ride. I got there met with the saleswomen and within five minutes the sales manager was at the desk saying how he didn't want to carry these cars through winter. I got my car out the door for $40K; others on the forum have probably got a better deal before but I think is a better deal than the $48K it would've been two months prior.

I'm assuming that is a 1SS?

I think you are high on what you think they were 2 mths ago. I have had my 2SS 1LE for 5 mths now and paid $47K (before tax, title, reg.)

Yup, it is a 1SS car. You were right, I just went back and checked the picture I took of the "rip-off" sticker that was on my car on the lot. $46,290. Dunno where I got the other number from.

So what is the best feasible price for a 2018 2SS 1LE left on the lot these days? I’m interested but can’t get dealers below $45,700...

I’m curious too but won’t be able to buy until 2019 anyway, I wonder what they’ll do for incentives on the leftover 2018s.

Someone posted in the main 2016+ Camaro forum that they found a deal for $44k or so. If I find it I'll add a link.

Edit: found it, it wasn't in the main forum afterall.. https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=544097

Depending on the options on the vehicle & MSRP, $45,700 sound reasonable. As a point of reference, my '18 Hyper Blue 2SS/1LE (ordered 06/01/18) stickered for $53,000, but I was able to stack the September retail incentive of $2,000 with my GM employee discount, which netted savings of approximately $7,200, so selling price was about $45,800.

Any deals with deeper discounts are the exception, not the rule. However, my local dealer has a $46,000 MSRP '18 Garnet Red 1SS/1LE @ "final markdown" price of $38,000. That's a deal!!!!

Best wishes in your search for a 1LE!

Honestly, $40k OTD for a 1SS 1LE doesn't seem too bad. That puts you at around $37k before tax/title/fees/destination.
