Then after getting forged, cam, headers, LT4 fuel system and no cats using a 3.125 pulley @ just over 11PSI. This is using their stock lower 7" pulley that comes with the kit. I believe there are some LT4 guys swapping to Whipples which have larger lower pulleys.

Per Whipple they said 1 PSI on average for every reduction of .125 on the upper pulley.

Right there with ya the cam will determine boost I’m at 11lbs with a 3.25
