Believe me I've been waiting on a 2650 and I work for Magnuson. I'm starting out next month with my little 2300 and hope to finally break into the 9's, shooting for 9.60s, maybe some 50's if air is good and I don't break something first. I replacec the driveshaft with a Gforce and will probably go ahead and do the axle also, then my weakest link will be the tranny. Your car is really killing it, the weight hurts for sure. Mine will be 80 lbs over because the of the 6 pt cage. What class were you running that you had to add weight? We have a long waiting list right now and guess what, I'm not on it. Our customers will get the 2650 first and maybe I'll be able to get one before the Camaro Fest. We just have some other 2650 LS projects that are coming out first since they car so close to the COPO 2650 they decided to bring that one out first.

Great pass

Edit... nvm I guess it is for a zl1. A sc isn’t considered bolt on for an SS. Interesting.
I have already added another member to the Bolt List ZL1 who swapped the blower out. Now we have a second to do that. I certianly don't want another list to accommodate a blower change, but on the other hand not so sure if it's fair in the long run. Working on updating list's till I ran across this issue again.

In this case it's a blower change, not a intake change which is consistent with other rulings?

My plan is to add all to that list that with a (*) to indicate a blower change.

We need to stop reinventing the wheel. If it bolts on the exterior of the engine it’s a “bolt on”

Heads/cam is where you draw that line.

A power adder/forced induction has never been considered a bolt on. Just like nitrous. The only place that re invented anything was here.

I didn’t add a power adder. Car has a PD blower from the factory.

Blower swap isn't a standard bolt-on and not even close far as comparing swapping a IM. Does it bolt to the exterior of the engine yes, but swapping one out to a larger unit is effectively increasing the displacement of the engine. So it needs to be mentioned in the list or categorized differently then those cars still working with the stock LT4 1.7.
