The bad news is that it was not possible to easily adapt the '16-18 RS headlights to the '21, requiring a bodywork solution to adapt the upper grille to the refresh headlights. So it will not be 100% of what I was hoping to achieve, but it will still be 100% better looking to me.

Once I have the car back (hopefully next week), I'll write up a post going over the changes and resulting new look.

Visited it at the shop again to pick up the 2021 front and rear bumper covers and hood. Was hoping the "de-fresh" would be done today, but the front is still getting finalized so pick up will be later this week.

The back end is all put together though! I decided to stick with the 2021 RS diffuser rather than buy a new '16-18 one. I am also going to keep the 2021 RS center brake light for now, even though I am not a fan of the blacked-out taillights. It is different than how the factory would do it, but the combo works for me, especially with the satin steel paint job.

Not specifically done TO my Camaro but for where it often sits I DID do something.. installed some Swisstrax Ribtrax Smooth PRO tile in the garage. Turned out pretty nice, IMO. Did an install/overview video (featuring my ZL1, of course, lol) of everything. Pretty easy install and a real nice middle ground solution when you don't want (or don't have the time) to grind the floor and do epoxy:

Dropped off my new wheels, sensors, and a set of Conti ECS in ZLE fit to be mounted & RF balanced. Hoping to get those on the Z tonight/tomorrow because the SC3's are tttttttoasty after the dragon last weekend.

3M tape only????

The c7 carbon side skirts I bought gave me 35 self tapping screws for the 2 side skirts. You can bet your ass I used every single one of them..Going on 3 years and look great.
Right angle drill was necessary to keep them screw holes low on the rocker panel so if ever taken off, the holes wouldn't be visible. No regrets.

They look awesome indeed

When you say much better, what do you mean, only looks or also some performance aspect perhaps?

Looks for sure. Performance is different. The OEM wheels & SC3’s felt sharper even horribly worn. You can feel these roll over a bit and the wheels are the min width for the tires (ZLE spec) so I’m sure that plays into it. Still handles amazing, but definitely different. I have to get used to it and get the tires broken in a bit.

Conti ECS’s this time. Had the PS4S on the SS, figure I’d give these a go to see how they fair.
