Here's my subtle nod to the only worthwhile thing Dodge has made

Seems a damn shame so few ACR-Es were produced. They were well outside my budget back in '16-'17, but man I could sure go for one today for the original MSRP.

It looks good but not a fan of stripes on a ZL1.

It will look even worse when You put the Red Stripe on the other side. Hell, While You are at it, You should put another tow hook on the other side!!!LOL!!!!!

I think your stripes look cool. Any type of appearance MOD is a matter of personal taste. I agree overall, the only modern Mopar I'd even consider owning would be an ACR. I like the old Road Runners or GTXs, just not enough to displace any of my GM toys.

I don't hate it, but I think the tri-color hood needs to go. Would like to see it w/ just the main center and red stripes, and w/o the satin black.

Actually, quad-color. Sheesh. Satin black hood, gloss black (or is that carbon weave?) for the charger cover, the main center stripe, and the red stripe.

There's a LOT going on, on that hood. Too much IMHO.

Only problem is the previous owner covered the entire car with PPF. Didn't feel like paying to remove the 1LE wrap with PPF just to then do my striping and PPF the entire hood again. Plus, it felt wrong to remove a 1LE's hood wrap. Part of what makes it a 1LE.

You can hate on the tow hook all you want, but it's required to pass tech for any of the events within 300 miles of me and I'm far too lazy to be taking it on and off every 1-3 weeks during the season.

I have zero issues w/ a tow hook being left on as long as the car is actually raced. Considering the comment you replied to came from a convertible SS owner, I doubt he knows what "passing tech" even means...

My last hook on my C7 was more beat than the side rockers that didn't have PPF. Wait... that just makes me sound like a shitty driver

Well Bobo, Let Me clear a few things up for You, First of all I have Raced NHRA Super Comp for more than 30 years, 4 national and 14 Divisonal Events each year. So Yes, I DO understand passing Tech. If You think passing Tech for a Track day is Tough, Try passing NHRA Sub 7 Sec. Tech!!! Second of all, I'm Nearing 70 Years of age, So I have learned thru MANY years of keeping My mouth shut and My EYES OPEN, Just what a POSER looks and sounds like!!!!AND, if you are to lazy(your words) to remove The Tow hook, You seem to Me to be a POSER!!
