The dope driving the Challenger! What a dumbass and see what happened to an innocent driver. A Camaro with a dumbass driving it could do the same thing!

True, but in the camaro's defense, it is much easier to lose control in a challenger.

I guarantee if all the nannies were turned off in a ZL1 it would get away from you in a second just like the Challenger did!

Good thing there was a lot of people around. If I was the guy in the truck and able to climb out of it I'd probably be going to prison for a long time.

you guys are definitely right. america needs to make the camaro the only vehicle we can purchase and drive.

that way there will never be another crash, ever.

Gotta be going straight before pushing loud pedal, in a dodge.

He’s was going straight when he pushed the gas pedal. Tires appeared cold and lost grip. Once that happened it was like driving on ice and the car was completely uncontrollable at that speed.

Those who believe the Camaro is immune to this have never driven on cold GY Supercar 3R tires that came on the ZLE... this happens with regularity when the tires were cold. Not the crashing into other cars part, obviously. That’s all driver error. But, you learned very quickly that you tread lightly on the throttle until you are damned sure the tires are hot and sticky.

This happened to me on the Supercar 3R tires last october. I was leaving a friends house late and the tires were cold. A mild acceleration (unlike op's video) caused the rear end to kick out and the car slid. Luckily no one was around and the car regained control. I parked the car for the winter and just a few weeks ago got PS4's.

Not too long ago a guy on here posted how he lost control on his Ss1 LE in a split second and totaled it.

Same here. I simply tried to pass a car on I95 and the ass end of the ZLE kicked out. Quickly recovered and continued on down the highway. Wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Quickly swapped the tires for the Michelin PS4S. Huge improvement. Those SC3R’s are downright dangerous when cold.
