Camaro SS Aftermarket muffler??
Hey everyone
So my car has a muffler delete and was recently pulled over, he handed me a VI with “exhaust and mufflers” as a key word. I’m sure no mechanic is going to pass me with no mufflers, so now I’m looking to get some. Any aftermarket ones that you would suggest or currently have? I don’t want to go with the stock ones. A video would be appreciated if possible. Thanks |

Keep in mind the MVAR rules. I believe to pass a VI you need to be below 83dB. I'm fairly sure this is barely passable in stock form.
With that being said you can look into the Borla S-type or touring. I personally recommend throwing on the stock exhaust to pass the test cause you'll be taking a chance otherwise with aftermarket. And then going back to no muffler or putting on a NPP exhaust to give you an option whenever you're in a cop prone area. I have the Borla Atak but I absolutely refuse to drive in Vancouver due to the over-vealous VPD cops. Cain and his small d!ck crew make it impossible to enjoy our cars. Good luck and let us know how it went. The following thread has plenty of information: https://www.revscene.net/forums/7153...ike-candy.html |

That sucks! Thank God the Police over here in the US are much more lenient when it comes to exhaust.
I personally like Flowmaster. Try the Outlaw Axle-back system (part #817745). https://www.holley.com/products/hurs...o/parts/817745 (video is there) |
