Should I take a risk of ordering from RPI Design??

I've been searching for a spoiler for awhile now. RPI has a high blade spoiler that looks nice and price is very reasonable. But I've read so many reviews from people having problems with this company. Should I take a risk? Or just pay a bit more to go with a positive reviewed vendor instead?

I have ordered from them before without issue. Guess I never looked into the reviews. Currently waiting on my painted dovetail spoiler.

I'm about to order the front splitter and side rockers from them. Did you have yours painted? Were they easy to put on?

Interesting how unhappy customers are more likely to leave reviews.

I ended up buying the high rise spoiler in mosiac black. Just waiting for it to be delivered in another 3 weeks? Crossing my finger that they are good and I can keep buying things from them. They do have really good prices for parts.
