ZL1 20K more over 5th Gen?
Ok, well I doubt it, and have official CTS-V pricing come out yet?
Word is that the new CTS-V is going up 20K from 65K to 85K. What does this mean for the Camaro ZL1 - if they produce one? |

Well considering the hellcat is 60k, I doubt Chevy would make their cars much more than that. The gen 5 zl1 was like 50k so hopefully it gets more power and stays roughly the same price. the CTS V might be a different story bc Cadillac doesn't really compete with dodge. You have to think in the minds of Chevy, which I'm not saying is a bad thing but they're looking to make the most amount of money.

The CTS-V is trying to compete with luxury cars, the Camaro is not.

With the ats-v coming out most likely starting around $60k, it makes sense that the cts-v will be starting at $72k plus

Ya CTSV getting a large bumb to get that m series crowd to be able to brag to their coworkers about. It was to inexpensive for some of that genre of folks...

If only you knew how right you are. It was hilarious to here the excuses as to why the 1LE Camaro beat the M3/M4 on bimmerfest.

I think the carbon brakes alone add $10k to the cost.

CC brakes are a $5,000 option on Corvettes

A 20k increase would put the ZL1 in Z/28 territory, so that's probably not going to happen. I'm expecting mid 50's, since that's where the GT350 will likely fall.

I expect it to be priced competitively.

How much did the C7 increase in cost? I think that will be your guideline.
