Sun Visors in convertible
Can someone tell me what the deal is with the sunvisor (at least in the convertible). It has a stupid fixed hinge which only folds forwards and backwards, and not even all the way back against the windshield. It doesn't swing in towards the drivers window. Does anyone have any ideas on this one or am I missing something ?

I think that's the only way it would fit. My wife is unhappy that the mirrors aren't lighted.

What a joke these built in sun visors are. It sounds like I am not missing something - they are just poorly designed. I am glad the engineer that designed the visors did not design the engine.

the least they could have done was put sliding covers on the mirrors. cheap assed instead. there's an aftermarket opportunity for someone here. make better convertible visors that have some sort of cover and I'll buy a set.

Oh man, that sucks!
The static cling vinyl idea is an awesome mirror cover solution. Option #2: Has anyone thought about contacting Becky @ Roger's to see if she can order visors with mirror covers from another model? Would Gen5 visors fit?? |
