Install in progress
Well.....We’re about 8 hours into the PC install. This is the first time I’ve ever done my own work on one of my cars......so far so good.

You rock, I'm sure it'll turn out a great build
I was intimidated by the S/C installation instructions and didn't do it myself, probably for the better, heh.

Wasnt too bad for our install, the crank bolt was a PITA but a little heat with a propane torch and some elbow grease, we got that sucker. Everything else was super straight forward. The Alky meth kit was a whole nother beast though, phew never again....

Great post - kudos on doing it yourself.
I'll be following soon enough on my LT1.

Not a great few hours last night. Noticed the IC rubbing on some surrounding parts and couldn’t get it quite right. Thanks to Dysan911, I have a plan of attack for today. We’ll see.....

What were the main difficulties with the Alky kit installation?

Main headaches for the alky kit, especially if youve never done one, is the wiring diagram was really vague when paired up with the explanation. Maybe it was just me and the fact that i am an idiot when it comes to all electrical applications but when mounting the nozzles, i just had to freeball the hole diameter in the procharger silicone piping and hope it didnt leak, the low level sensor provided kept popping out of its socket in the tank, had to ask a whole lot of questions to finally finish the install. Thankfully Rick at Unlimited Performance was my savior and answered my cries for help. All in all it was an average install that took 8 hours but again PITA the whole way.
