FBO E85 Emissions Testing
Living in a hypothetical world of course, a buddy of mine I knew from a friends brother in college owned a Camaro that was FBO with 2inch headers and High Flow cats and passed an OBDII emissions test... Just incase inquiring minds wanted to know, but doesn't matter as all vehicles are for track use only and never driven upon American roadways

Without a doubt even on the sniffer mine passed with very little emissions detected by the machine. Yes it was that clean. However if it came to visual it would fail as no cats are present.
