What icons do you guys see in myLink? I think I'm missing some. I know Pandora is supposed to be a standalone app but cannot find it. When I try with my iPod or Android phone with their Pandora apps it will play, but I can't pick stations or use the thumbs up/down buttons. Anyone have separate icons for Fuel prices, movie listings either?

I have Pandora, no fuel or movie listings, that should be with the Nav, which I don't have.

Yep I've got NAV but no icons for them either. But reading the manual it sounds like you only see fuel/movie info from the POI section in NAV. No mention of an icon. Pandora missing is what is really bothering me.

Yeah sounds like a software issue, I don't think there is a way to add icons back to that screen, only move them. I would being it into the dealer for a FW update/reflash.

So ended up calling myLink support. Advised it will need a dealer trip, so guessing reflash. I saw some other GM units had been flashed with Canadian firmware which doesn't include Pandora. So that might be the issue. At least it's not really anything major. I'm just using AA for now if I really want Pandora.

I picked up my new '17 from Becky on 7/1 and no Pandora in mine either. I'm also wondering how XM NavTraffic and TravelLink work, if at all, with non-nav systems. Only 3 apps show up in the store if I recall and the only useful one to me seems to be Weather Channel.

I'm not 100% sure there are actually XM NavTraffic or XM TravelLink icons. The data is embedded in the NAV app itself from what I read. You can turn on POIs for Gas Stations and movie theaters, then when you click on the "i" for info, you can see the prices/times. We definitely should have Pandora from what the myLink specialist stated. Will update this when I get to a dealer.

Yeah I didn't spring for the Nav option on account of I have a phone and Garmin for that so I suppose those apps don't apply. Will stay tuned to see how you fare.

I don't want to bombard Becky or my local dealer with too much at once, especially if it's not really a problem. I just wish this stuff was more clear, like an actual app store on the internet you could see which apps apply to which models, options, etc. perhaps with reviews, screenshots, etc. You know, like a real app store.

100% agree. I was shocked there was an app store on the unit to begin with.

How do you even access that My Link app store? I thought they didn't even have one yet for My Link? I remember seeing one for Cadillac CUE systems.

There's an icon for it on mine. I thought they had done away with it. Could be why I am missing Pandora. Maybe there's not supposed to be one for US myLink units.

Oh wow! No icon on mine...I just read recently that they are supposed to be adding a store for My Link, which had some apps like Weather Channel, etc., but I just read that recently and I thought it wasn't included yet...wondering if this is coming. Odd though about your software you currently have.

So maybe the 17's are supposed to have the store app. BTW the weather channel app is great. Much better than the stock weather app.

Yeah and that's the thing. I don't have the "stock" weather app or traffic but that may be because I don't have the nav option. I do have the store app and I did download Weather Channel, which is one of only three apps available on the entire store. This is a bit silly I think.
