Makes sense I guess, at least you know the history.

My concerns are the same of that of any used car, cosmetics, extreme abuse, run without or low on oil. I’m paranoid of someone leaving a oil change shop with no oil, they fill it and just drive straight to trade it in. Lol
Yeah I just worry how hard someone was on the car, and if they kept up with the maintenance, etc. I have no problem buying used, but with sports cars I'm a little more wary.

Used EVs are a hard sell because the batteries are such a black box to most.

I can see some manuals being dumped. During the test drive is all fun and happy, first traffic jam and dump will come.

That or it is a 2nd car and can't make the payment.
I was looking for a manual and used ones are low miles compared to automatics.

Get it. 500 miles isnt really used. It could be 500 miles of pure hooning around and it still wouldnt affect the car.
Dealers in my area still not willing to deal and/or marking up on "premium" camaros.

I didn’t read all the posts but get a CarFax report on it to make sure it wasn’t in any accidents.

If you find the right car I would definitely go used. I've been waiting on an "in transit" car that was built back in April and it's taken Chevy so long to ship it to the west coast I'm probably not going to get to enjoy it before the weather turns to shit.

To be honest. As long as I get my order. Longer time frame is better for me. Time to keep trying to pay down, or sell this Tesla model 3 I have, it’s a very deep negative equity hole for EV’s

Yeah it took me 13 months to get a new Camaro when I started looking in 2020. I ended up with my 2021 new with 3 miles, on Oct 30, 2021.

After contacting nearly all dealers in the northwest. Knudtsen Chevrolet in north Idaho worked out best. Though, they do not have any allocations like everyone. I’m only at dealer placed the order but GM has not yet accepted. I believe they are just hoping GM picks up the order. It’s outrageous that people want to buy but, gm wont let peole buy.
