2018 Camaro SS Updates/Speculation?

I am planning on switching from my CLA 45 AMG to a Camaro 2SS when my lease is up in the summer of 2017. What are some updates that are being speculated(if any) for the 2018 model year such as features, paint colors, or even mid cycle refresh. Anything you guys would be hoping for the 2018 model year?

Likely too early for a refresh. Paints will definitely changed (some new, some old gone). The big question is if the 10 speed auto will trickle down by then.

I wouldn't expect much. Possibly a Z/28 announcement, maybe a couple special editions and paint changes. Way too early for a mid cycle refresh. At the very earliest it would be a 2019 model, but if it follows the previous generation it would be a 2020 model.

I'd say NO since we don't expect them in the ZL1 until early 2017. I'd say 2019 maybe later...

I'm hoping you can add PDR as an option, not just only for the 1le.

One item I see coming are for more non-2SS models to come standard with the blind-spot sensors. I'm a bit surprised more models don't come standard with this.

Most likely some new paints and no major changes.

I'd like to see LED headlights and some new wheel options.

Yeah not gonna lie, I thought it was totally silly before I had em. It's actually incredibly handy, especially with our school bus sized blind spot.

If you are having that much of an issue, you likely don't have your mirrors correct. Unless it's a Smart car, I can watch any vehicle approach and trigger the light while still in my mirror. By the time they are out of the mirror I can see their front end by looking over my shoulder.

This isn't to say they aren't useful or shouldn't be at least be an option on all trims.

While I agree as I have a 1ss and no problems seeing, even in my gramd cherokee this feature is the best feature of the car. I hope chevy takes a look at the uconnect programming and adds some of those options as chevy has most of the features on the vehicle just not the modifying options like grand cherokee such as reverse tilt mirror speed, different options for blind side alert notifications options, disabling paddle shifters, drl's lamps staying full brightness when not in auto mode, markers on side view mirrors, seat lunar support, a/s tires option. Just small changes that imo should be offered if only programming is needed.

Mid cycle refresh? It's not even a year old!

I wouldn't expect much. Read they are adding a 1LS and with the ZL1 getting ready to hit the streets their focus will likely be on minor tweaks.
