FS: (used) msd atomic intake manifold
FOR SALE
black msd intake manifold for gen v LT1. i bought it new and it was on the car about 2 months & 1500 miles. it has not been ported, but i did clean up the intake ports where they meet the cylinder head. it worked perfectly, basically mimics the stock stuff up to 5500 and then takes off and makes power well past 6500. im going with a ported msd manifold. it will come without bolts and gaskets. looking for $800 shipped cotus.

showing what i did with the intake ports. before and after.
that's what it did for the power curve. graph rpm is off but that was the first pull, before any adjustments to the tune. "6900" limiter, hpt showed almost 7100. the lower graph is a pray ported lt1. if one is not afraid to spin it, the msd flat rips in a m6 car.

Thanks for the pics. I am curious though why not send this one out to be ported and save yourself some money if your going to get another msd?

This is a good deal, for an MSD...
I'm not completely sold that the lt2 is as good as an MSD. Wish i could jump for it right now, but not in the cards at the time. good luck on the sale. |
