My first Camaro.

Long time member, first time Camaro owner. Picked up my 2019 Camaro this weekend. 2SS, Magnetic Ride, NPP exhaust. I had a 2016 Hellcat Challenger before this. So crazy how much different the weight and size on this car is compared to the Hellcat.

Congratulations and a nice looking 2019 SS Vert. Yes there is a difference in the weight and feel of a Challenger verses a Camaro but I consider the Challenger HC a raw musclecar that runs like a beast despite its heavier weight.

OP, that is a nice looking vert.

Question: if you are coming from a Hellcat, why didn't you get a ZL1 convertible instead of 2SS? Convertible ZL1 would have been closer to the power you had before...

I never take it to the track or anything and never really used the Hellcat the way it should have been used. Just didn't think I needed the ZL1.

(Yes, I know my IROC is not a 5th nor a 6th gen. I'm here as I am thinking about a newer convertible and I know from experience most of the Camaro forum members are helpful and understanding.... right?!?)

I really like my Camaro 'Vert I'm sure you will enjoy yours. I traded in a C7 Coupe for the Camaro. Find with the top down the Camaro is much quieter than the 'Vette was with the top off. Nice surprise.

Great looking car, congratulations and enjoy her. I do still second guess the ragtop decision, yours looks beautiful.
