370Z, they run low-mid 13s in the 1/4 mile and high 4s/low 5s in 0-60, Camaro V6 is low-mid 14s in the 1/4 mile and high 5s/low 6s in 0-60. The Nissan weighs 500 lbs less nad has 20 more horsepower, doing basic power to weight ratio figures the Nissan would win easily. The SS would beat the Z, it does high 12s/ low 13s in the 1/4 mile and 0-60 in high 4s/low 5s. The Z might run even to 60, but the Camaro will pull away pretty much after that, a hero run Z might beat a Camaro SS on a bad run, anyhow..... SS>370Z>V6

If you know how to drive you'll stomp the 370z in any straight w/ an SS.

i was about to get a 370z at one point in time, even test drove before i even thought about getting a camaro. i did allot of research, it seems the way the nismo is setup its for handling. it actually was getting worse 0-60 times then a sports PKG 370z. because of more weight and some other things. it is way better in the handling department then a camaro

In a straight line the SS is faster...Blow the Z and then you have another story lol..You can get a base Z for 27.5+TTL...
Then toss on a HKS F/I kit or SuperCharger by Greddy/Stillen. |

the brand new nismo i ran was not beside me for even one second. he was pulling out of the nissan dealership. i revved, he went for it and i killed the hell out of him. he looked at me as i slowed to turn, with very little expression. a Z is not hanging to 60. or 30.
