My 2017 2.0T /w Technology package, stock exhaust, TRM 18x8.5" wheels with 275/35-18 RE71s, minimal trunk junk, and about 7 gallons was 3274 on SCCA scales at the 2018 NJ Pro.

Same car 3223 at the 2018 Oscoda Pro with about 4 gallons, minimal trunk junk, and the exhaust aft of the car was replaced with just pipe and an 18" Borla. I don't recall the exact weight of the exhausts, but the Borla was 35 pounds lighter when I swapped them.

Neil Britton's 2017 2.0T with a different exhaust, lighter wheels than mine, and I don't remember how much fuel was 3199 on the scales in Oscoda right before I weighed mine.

My 2020 2SS 1LE with PDR, nav, full trunk junk, full tank (minus two miles worth), and a wheel tire package 22 pounds lighter than the OE wheels/tires was 3755 on a set of borrowed Intercomp scales in my garage a couple weeks ago.

Just offered as data points. For those not familiar with the SCCA scales used at National Solo events, they are not exactly known for being hyper-accurate or even loosely consistent. The scales I used for the new car were spot on with a known 200 pound weight. Calibration process calls for a known 500 pound weight, but 200 was what I had.

If the car is what you wanted, and they ordered it without you telling them to, it sounds like you are in a position to get one hell of a deal on the 3xact car you want. I’d squeeze the shit out of them on it and buy it. They don’t want to be stuck with it.

ur right bro, or i can have another dealer do the dirty work for me, like they exchange a couple of cars(equal or lesser value) and get the car i want, but first things first we need(a dealer i trust and do business with) to come to the negotiating table and agree on a price i would like

i have unfortunate news folks, the car has been sold, i knew that was going to happen, the best case scenario(since the car was in South Florida) was for another dealer to grab the car for me and the worst case scenario is to reorder the car the same way i want it, but i have a sticker and the info to solidify the car/specs that i want, am i upset about it, yaa i am but it is wat is

I went for the V6. Test drove the 6 and the 4 and the 4 I turned around really quick didn’t like it. The transmission didn’t know what gear to go in lol
