USED 13' ZL1 OR NEW 16' SS???
Probably this question have been asked before but I really don't know what to do.
13' ZL1 with 10000 miles on it comparing to 16' SS that has...well, brand new! for the same price..what will you buy??? |

To me, it depends on if you plan to mod the car. The ZL1 is a better starting platform, and more gains can be had for cheaper. If you plan to stay mostly stock, get the 2016.

Take the ZL1....
The '16 is nice, no question. But, depreciation will be like any other Camaro, except for a ZL1 or Z28.

Yes, without question, the ZL1. I'm not so sure I believe the magazine hype about the performance stats on the new SS. It must have went on a serious diet to get those numbers. Ask yourself if you want a unique car, or just another car that every else in the road has...

I would go with 16 SS. The ZL1 is nice but you can't argue with the starting performance of the 16 SS, especially that A8.

I drove the new ss, the old ss, zo6 vette and I own a zl1.... if that answers your question.
ZL1 is just a different level of cool. And imo no matter the stats my zl1 has more balls than the new ss does. Have you driven both cars ? After i drove the zl1 i was sold, didnt need any stats or other information.
