Tired?!?

I'm going to be needing new tires soon, the question I have is it better to run a smaller tire on the front? I know the Goodyear tires are the same all around, but I've heard some people say to run a smaller size up front for the smaller wheel. I personally think it's odd to turn the same size of tire all around with a staggered setup. im sure there is a thread with the same question but I'm on my phone currently.

Thanks everyone!

BFGoodrich g-Force COMP-2 A/S Ultra High Performance All-Season
You want all-season versatility (including light snow traction) and are willing to trade some dry and wet traction and handling to get it.

I am considering looking into these as they are a very cost effective alternative to the GY's

You're going to get peeps tell you about getting more under-steer by going away from the square set-up. I've read plenty of threads where folks with 1LE's have all sorts of tire combos on their cars. Once my Goodyear tires are needing replacement, I'll probably go with some sort of staggered setup. Just not sure which size combo yet. 275/315 or 285/305. Guess it will all come down to what's available when tires will be needed.

I saw those in Tire Rack a week ago...That particular tire is also supposed to be available in 305/35/20 with a Sept 15 availability. Have it in my wishlist.

The talks I have had with Al states that do any change will change the handeling aspect of the design. But its individual taste , so Instead of going smaller on front, why not just go larger on rear to like ZL1.

I might even do a few burnouts if they are still that cheap when I need new ones!
