You can sign up for the public beta. It’s been extremely easy to put iOS 13 on any device. I’ve been using it on my main iPhone since beta 2 and it’s extremely stable.

CarPlay is actually really good too. MUCH better than iOS 12. I like that I don’t have my texts constantly popping up and if you accidentally touch it, you have to deal with canceling the response and everything

It was an overpriced POS when new, so now, throw a thousand dollars at a company who does business likes it's the mob.
