GT350 Quarter Mile
Didn't see this posted anywhere. http://speedsociety.com/2016-mustang...k/?source=farm figured the SS' is a good competitor for the 350 being an upper level car.

11.9 at 116.
The car also had drag radials and some suspension "goodies" it said. I don't see why an SS with the same mods won't be very close, or just as quick.

Shouldn't this be in the VS. Section?

I didn't know about the radials or suspension mods.

I just saw that the GT350 has the same transmission as the V6 camaro. Tremec 3160.
Granted, I know nothing of the power ratings associated with this transmission. But, there must be a reason the SS gets a beefier trans. Also means the GT350 is likely transmission limited for power increases!

As for times. Evo's GT350 has now ran an 11.76 @ 118.8 on stock tune with DR's. |

Is it really stock tune? Many have asked, but the answer gets avoided.

Evo's car is still running the stock tune. It is Lund's car that has already been tuned. It does have a BMR cradle lockout kit which is for wheel hop issues, which they'll need since they are trying to launch at 5-6K for some reason... Probably not the best way to launch on 19in DR's but hey lol.
Not sure on the DA. Too lazy to look it up lol. |

Oh I understand but im talking about the tires being used. Guess I should have mentioned that. That kind of a launch will be hard for DR's with that little sidewall. Littles out back with slicks would help a ton.

Still the BMR and the DR's but we did add Gulf Mach 116 and started tuning with Lund Racing. We held 11.9's with stock tune and 93 pump in good air. We shut it off she likes to launch without it. The sweet spot seems to be around 7k launch |
