Update: took the charge piping off and she's BLOWIN at idle. Did the same thing on the intake side. No blockages. Definitely not the charger. Replaced the throttle body. Not it either. Not belt slip either

Could it be an issue with your MAP sensor maybe? What size/colour MAP sensor did you have before and should it be different with the procharger?

FINAL UPDATE:

Took the holley sniper off. Observed that the holley rails cause the LS injectors to sit sideways in the seal chamber at about a 5° angle. My friend made a point that this could be a vacuum leak and a possible cause of the loss of boost.

Went from a 1/4 OD to 3/8 OD procharger BPV line. I couldn't move any air though the 1/4 line with my mouth. So I decided to cut up the 1/4 line. A balled up piece of dried threadlocker was stuck in the line. When I pulled the fitting off the first time some must have scraped off. A little piece of locker/potential bad holley injector seating on the sniper intake. Brilliant

Between the bullshit vacuum lines not having clearance, the bad injector clearances (took me 30 minutes and a shit ton of red grease to seat the injectors vs 2-3 on the stock intake), pain in the ass mounting bolt positions and bad vacuum/map port spots on the holley sniper low pro - I can say I've never been so glad to see a stock intake on my car before

Did you get it back together and see what it's running for boost now? Or on the way to the dyno?

It's back together. Tuner is busy. Took it for a light throttle drive and the BPV is whistling like never before and it doesn't flutter. I can't say for certain that it'll make the boost it should but I fixed the current problem

Glad you were able to resolve the major issue. The rest of it is just fine tuning.
