My 2nd Phase Build. What RWHP should I expect to see?
Hey everyone,
I currently have a 2017 M6 with a rotofab cai, solar performance tb,secondary cat delete, flowmaster american thunder midpipe back exhaust, cordes 1 gallon reservoir ,stock tune and kong ported supercharger with a 2.5 grip tech upper pulley to match stock size for now without a tune. I am going to drop off my zl1 at csp this weekend. I putting a 2.31 upper pulley, roto-fab big gulp,Nick Williams 103 TB,Kooks 2" Headers with cat delete, mighty mouse catch can,Aeroforce gauge with wideband to measure air fuel ratio and iat's,1step colder plugs with msd wires ,180 thermostat and a flex fuel sensor. What RWHP do you think I should see and what E Mix do you think I will max out at E30 or E40? My phase 3 next year will be ,cam, heads, more overdrive and possibly interchiller. |

I'm thinking 620-640 RW, with 30E, limited there due to low side fuel pressure

650whp @ E50 is around the max for the stock fuel system. I'm sure Andrew can get it there.

No,I only deleted secondary cats and porting the SC did not throw a code for me. I did my research before both mods and knew they would be good with stock tune.

I can run up to E55 but i cap it to E50. The 680 was on E50 after the 5th or 6th pull, so i'm sure its closer to 700. Looking forward to hear your results.

I don't under stand the fascination of mixing E below 700 hp when you can get there on 93..
There are a ton of builds making 680 plus on 93 alone with the following: Lower or upper pulley OEM Ported Blower 103MM TB or LT5 100mm Ported TB 2 inch headers CAI With good IATs 93 is good to just below 800 rwhp on say like a 2650 blower. If you were trying to save money like just swapping the pulley and turning up the boost then doing E50 with a DSX OK makes sense.. then the HP would be similar to doing all those mods and the money spent would be, well hardly anything.. I think If I were to use the OEM blower I would do the LPE fuel pump, their cam with a 42% lobe or ASK for that lobe elsewhere(this is the whole Key make sure its spaced correctly to) DSX lower, and then see where the OEM injectors take ya on full e85

Can a very lightly modded/almost factory car even keep up with E85? Say TM TB and rotofab/catbcack?
I’d love to just have the extra power and safety from e85 but not the extra heat of headers and blower mods |

-Flex Fuel Sensor Kit -Kooks 1 7/8" Longtube Headers Ceramic Coated -Kooks Green Cats -Roto-Fab Air Intake System -JMS Voltage Booster -HP Tuners MPVI 2 with all required custom tuning by JRE -LT5 Throttle Body Conversion Package -MSD Spark Plug Wires -NGK Spark Plugs -180 Thermostat Could probably save 2k by making the following changes.. TSP Headers no cats (800 to 900 savings) Cut factory box run green filer (400 savings) No Wires are needed the stock are just fine Talking to 3 or 4 tuners they don't even mess with the thermostat any more

Yeah,I saw that Jannetty package,it is similar but does not include a smaller upper pulley because that package is focusing more for a road track aplication.

If i could get the dead spot bog cut out and add another 50-60hp without adding too much heat...i might just be persuaded to void this warranty |
