Those of you running catch cans....

I am curious, how many of you opted for the check valves? I don't know if most manufacturers offer them but I went with the Elite Engineering can and they do.

It's a good idea on boosted cars. Without a check valve you can send boost into your crank case (not good). It'll usually push the dip stick out
