This Camaro was at my mechanic's shop this morning as a result of flash flooding we had in downtown Winston-Salem last night. The car was completely submerged. The guy is pretty much out of luck since his auto insurance evidently didn't cover flood damage (or did he even have it?). My mechanic was saying it's essentially a loss, and he doubts he could get it running again. man I feel for that guy...

mine covers flooding.. but I'm in CA, full coverage.

yeah, not big on the rims.

evidently his insurance didn't cover it (if he had it to begin with, which might be the case). He paid cash for it, and wasn't financed, so he may have just had liability.

SS fascia on a V-6. Lots of parts still salvageable.

If it as loss part it out, Ill take the rear diffuser. OH and sorry for the loss.

you work in downtown winston salem? that car was one of 5 brought to just one shop alone.
