Who is still waiting for a 2022?
It appears all orders will roll into 2023 limited colors and options.
It looks the the wave has hit the beach for the ZL1

I didn't think I'd be getting a 22, be lucky to get a 23. Waiting to see the Sharkskin Metallic, otherwise going Shadow Gray. Hoping it looks like the C7 Shark Gray

I ordered a 22 ZL1 2 weeks ago
My dealer looked it up said build start date is May 9
Finish in a week. Delivery possible y end of May

That C7 Shark Gray was a pretty nice color. Although I still have a soft spot for Cyber Gray on the C6. Those blue flakes looked awesome.

I ordered one last September. No word yet. Ordered from Joe @ James Martin and he has been keeping me in the loop. Hoping for some good news soon! No doubt it is a 2023 now.

Hello there, 2022 orders do not automatically get rolled over to a 2023 order. The dealer has to create a whole new one from scratch. Given this, you should have the opportunity to change just about every option on it, as it will not be linked in any way to your 2022 order.

Wow. Been following a few of these build threads.
Very different experiences across the board.

Placed my deposit on ZL1 w/PDR order on 9/8/21
Dealership placed the order a week later.
System acknowledged the order about a month later (or dealership was dragging their feet).
No updates available until 2wks ago: build date somewhere between 5/2 and 5/15. I love how vague they were.
Was told no chip-related “restrictions” on high-content orders like ZL1.

While my delay sounds very long relative to other buyers ordering experiences, its very unlikely GM would roll a ‘22 order into a ‘23 build. 23s are yet another 3months away

I called my dealer today. He said that he's thinking i'll be in line for a 23 now, and that I'd have the chance to change everything if I wanted to. We'll see...

Hi guys, I ordered a ZL1 1LE January 17, 2022 with a dealer that had an allocation for it. As of today, it has still not been accepted by GM. Getting a bit frustrated - racing season here!!!

At this point, I would be shocked if you had a 22 zl1 1le model in your hands anytime soon. Let's just hope we can all still get 23 models this year

I would venture a guess that your dealer may have lied to you about having an allocation :( That, or one of your selected option is on constraint and the dealer didn't catch that. From the little I know, it should never take this long for GM to accept an order if the dealer indeed as an allocation.

Yea, so when do the order banks open for the 23s? Not til June/July?
