Just curious what oil is in the '19 from the factory? Does the cap say 5 30 or 0 40?

Called my dealer this am to confirm the 0 40 is now standard and they are still not aware of it?

Cars come filled with 0w-40 and cap states the same.

Pic isnt the greatest had to zoom in on the one I have. But my 19zl1 came with 0-40 and the matching plug.

Who cares what your dealer says?

Buy the oil, change it yourself, and know you're using a better oil. Stuff like this is INSANELY slow moving in the dealership world, mostly because GM never briefs dealers on info like this. It's coming in 19s and Corvettes for a reason, just run it.
