I was just looking for an 1SS because of budget at the time. However that 2SS has been sitting in the lot for months now. They arnt changing the price at all tho always the same price around 40-43K. Any possibility that the car can be 30K even?

Is it an A8? If it is pass altogether. It will quickly not be your dream car, if you get the shuddering issue that probably 50% of owners gets. And that $40-43K price is way too much anyway.
