Question.. If I take out the stock I/C pump is gonna through some kinda code or CK eng light that I'll have to get taken care of? Just figured the computer talked to it maybe with rpm control or something?

I removed mine. i THINK there is a code associated with that. just disable in HPTuners if it pops up

Do you plan on running one pump only or are you replacing oem pump and having 2 pumps inline?

No. There is no feedback from the pump to the computer, all of the logic that the pump does is internal. I did use the factory pump harness to control my pump so that I can turn the pump on/off with scan tools or OBD control to cool the car down.

I was going to leave it there but just going to use the larger stewart pump.

Got lucky and found a premolded 1 inch feed line at the local parts house goes from tank to pump. Starting to secure the feed and return lines, and I have the front almost plumbed up. I'll probably switch to AN lines up front for a cleaner look. Thinking about tapping the Edelbrock cooling manifold 1/2 NPT and using NPT to -12AN adapters.(barbs are pressed in yank them out and tap)

Instead of having the stewart pushing directly into the stock pump it goes to the intercooler brick then the exchangers then to the oem pump. The oem pump is basically returning the coolant to the tank.

I had to totally re-plumb the front if you would of just hooked it up the way it is the pumps would be series not sure it would of hurt or helped this made the most sense so if I did run ice it would go right into the bricks.

Isn't the passenger side auxiliary heat exchanger connected to the engine coolant?

Nothing on the supercharger cooling system uses engine coolant.

I know it's separate I've done my own trunk tank. From the diagram posted it looks like he is using both auxiliary heat exchangers. I know that the passenger side HE is separate and is for engine coolant only. Its also a series system. It goes pump, aux, main HE, supercharger.

Okay.. not sure if it goes into the other exchanger but, the metal line coming from the passenger side that comes from that area was removed and barbed fitting was inserted into the hose and metal line removed. I used a 5/8s to 3/4 adapter ran the hose along the back of the radiator fans just like the metal line was ran to enter the oem pump to send it back to my tank.

Regardless if its 2 or 3 heat exchangers makes no difference i didn't do any work to the exchangers just followed the superchargers and pump lines.

I'd like like to how GM stepped down a 1 1/2 inch radiator hose to 5/8 to fit that other radiator.

It Lives! Got some nice gates powergrip hose clamps, and gates push loc braided hose. Wiring turned out awesome wrapped the wires with what the factory uses.

I'll try to get the carpet back in tomorrow or Monday.

Well all back together. Added the deadening foam aswell. Next will be the FI Chiller. Just need to order some Y's and valves to bypass the heat exchangers and get the AC system discharged.

Also need to find a vent for the top of the tank. I don't think it needs it was probably for the submerged pump setup.
