Did you get the service bulletin from the dealer because none of the usual sites pop it up?

The deal is they paint it so I haven't taken mine in yet. But that's the correct number. |

Holy crap it needed 20 hours of correction? I assume the dealer "washers" took out their belt sander detailing tools and went to town on it before you were able to get it?

Never seen the STEK before, have you installed it before? The videos on it look really good. How much did they quote you to install? There’s 1 dealer in Colorado and they say $499 for a full front end which seems awfully cheap.

You got lucky with a 20 hr. correction. However, once you get past the ultra thin clear coat and body paint, ZLE is an amazingly incredible performance value. Congrats on your Z. Enjoy!

When you have a polisher in your hand, you want to do it right. I'd say 10-12 hours was just in washing, decontamination, prep, and single step correction/polishing. The rest was ceramic coating and other odds and ends. OP- beautiful car!

I too am skipping the detail at the dealer and told them to just do the pdi installs leave the car unwashed with all the protective pieces on. Told them not to fuel the car either as I’m having it trailered to Paint Protection and don’t want to risk them throwing a rock against the paint or anything. |

All this is a little much for a $70,000 car.
