Road rash?

It's the same on both sides of the splitter. 1300 miles 1 track day.

I am going in this knowing the car will get beat on but already.

You guys seeing the same thing.

Can no one see it? Its a dime size spot on the upper right side of the splitter about a half inch to the left. Strange spot for wear.

If its in the same spot on both sides i dont think its from any wear. Possible you just noticing it as it looks very hard to see. Maybe came like this from factory and just lightened up a little making it look like a rash more so now.

If it makes you feel better. I got a paint chip on the right rear quarter panel, just above the wheel well.

I have no idea how that happened, probably from a car traveling next to mine on the highway. Paint chip was down to bare metal, kept me up for days !!!!

I touched it up the best I could and took the car right to a shop to get it clear wrapped and expel as well as ceramic coated. Car looks like glass now.

If you’re that concerned with chips and knicks like I was, get it wrapped. It’ll make the ownership experience more enjoyable. You won’t be worrying so much about damage.......at least that was my experience.

Looks very minimal if anything. I just had a rock hit my windshield driving into the city other night. I wouldn't stress it unless its really edging you out~ Daily driver or not, makes no difference whats on the roads that day that can cause damage.

You need some sort of clear bra if you're worried about road rash. I got the main impact points protected right after I got the car. The splitter and side skirts are blemish free at over 6000 miles.

I’m still saving pennies for the actual car. Now I gotta plan to spend an additional 5% of the cost of the car for paint protection. Ya gotta use protection these days.

Yeah Im not spending 4K on expel to keep it nice for the next guy. I will keep going to my weekly help group meetings and deal with it. Lol.
