Cold isn't really a huge issue, especially if your tuner isn't useless and your mods aren't crazy.

I keep systems in stock. Just head to the website.

That is equivalent to $1.63 / 0.83 = $1.96 for a gallon of premium fuel. 93 Octane at the same station was about $3.00 per gallon. So thats a savings of $1.04 per gallon.

Out of curiosity, what are you paying for E85 and what is the price of 93 Octane in your area?

Note, my 83% efficiency factor is based on me averaging 20.5MPG for 4,000 plus miles on premium unleaded. I have been burning E85 for 400 miles so far and am averaging 17.2 MPG. So 17.2 / 20.5 = 0.839.
Running e85 makes sense for you on a daily basis! For us here in Los Angeles, e85 is around 2.35/gallon and 3.40/gallon of 91. lol

Yes, i see about 40 more hp , but i have no use for that power on the street. If i only drive to work and home i can make it almost a full week with one tank of e85 which means that i am saving money in the long run.

This is a good video correctly explaining E85.

Is the price of E85 subsidized there? Lowest price I've seen for E85 here in New England recently is 2.599, which is not anywhere near the difference from 93 that yours is. BTW that 2.599 stuff is really weak, 60% on my sensor. Another station which cost 3.099 had pumped out 73%.

I paid $1.92 this morning at Kroger, so pretty cheap compared to 93 and it would be even cheaper for those that shop their groceries at Kroger and have reward points.

E85 is available at Newark Gulf Plaza on 100 Lindbergh Avenue next to Newark Airport. Go with some extra gas cans. It is well worth it.

Also available in East Orange, but pricey and low quality.

Like it was said earlier, any competent tuner will adjust your cold-start settings...it's pretty easy to do. You'll love how the car responds to e, it's like a shot of caffeine to your engine.

If you ever make your way down to Atco, Mighty Joe's gas on Rt 206 in Shamong...$2.09, and it's spot on at 85%
