[QUOTE=ZED SLED;11279088]My wife and I had a long discussion similar to this. Then we both came to the conclusion that my opinion didn't mean s#*t[/QUOTE

I'm not alone Hallelujah, Nov 21 I purchased a 2022 1SS from AutoNation MSRP , she was not happy, but I went to my local Chevrolet Dealership and they had 2022 Blazers coming one in her color , I purchased it . When it got to the Dealership,I said let's go from a cruise, when we got there it was sitting out front , she said there's my model an color think it's available, let's go see. The rest was history and got it for MSRP with teacher discount, and I was Golden . Happy wife happy life .
She was ok with me doing this and that to get the ZL1 , when it arrived September 22 ,they added add ons , I was not happy 3k but waited long enough for it .
As far as MSRP or under as stated above depends on Dealership and model , C8 and ZL1 / 1LE depending on how long they set on the lot. As we know , they don't want stock sitting long.

I don't mind the interest rates if I can just get a decent price. I plan to either pay cash or do a one year term loan max.

Like Zed my wife isn't particularly interested in my opinion. If she were she would be getting an F150 rather than a Telluride.

My local dealer recently sold a new triple black 23 2LT Vert A10 V6 leather Bose dual model exhaust and tech package with an MSRP of $40,855. They had it advertised for $36,000 including the $500 rebate or $35,250 if you qualified for the $750 conquest rebate. I’m still kicking myself for not jumping on this deal..:

Did the dealer charge you $1k over the MSRP and then give you the supplier discount?

Here is how GM's supplier discount is calculated: Dealer Invoice Price With Applicable Options + Destination Charge + $200 Program Fee

https://www.carsdirect.com/deals-art...u-need-to-know
Correct, basically paid msrp. 1k over price and at the time gave 1k with the supplier discount. Then factor in tax, title and etc.
Was not terrible….Got a great deal on my Silverado 2500, with 10k off the price. But could not find deals like that for the LT1, SS or ZL1s.

V6 Verts tend to sit the longest on the dealer's lot.

Back in February last year, I bought my LT-1 for MSRP minus $500 military and $500 manufacturer rebate. Plus they were offering 1.9% APR on 72 months for financing too. Thought I got a decent deal for the times. What sucks is that interest rates have shot up lately, the "special" rate I got on my '22 Equinox in December was 4.9% for 72 months with the same credit score. They did discount the Equinox $2000 at the dealer and I had $1500 in rebates though, so it was a good deal.

Haha very funny. Speaking of which. Forget about getting the car under MSRP. The only way to get a new 2SS at msrp of cokes wow to build it from scratch. It can take up to a year. Actually that’s my question. Order bank close in June of this year. I am thinking about ordering in April because I am worried they may shut the order bank earlier. Have they ever done that or should I wait til June so I can put more down on the car. It with be about 58000 with the 1LE package

I currently own a 1SS with $7000 in upgrades. The A 10 is insane. I just need a manual to cruise around town with. These cars are on a rail

Wow! I bought my 2018 1SS 1LE for just over $40K out the door. What a difference a few years and moving to the 2SS makes!

I am dealing with a dealership located in the southern states and they have listed most of their inventory below MSRP. They are not charging any dealer doc fee (which was the first for me in a very long time) and i closed my deal within a couple of minutes after talking to my SA. I have bought most of my vehicles out of state and this has been one of those pleasant experiences which didnt require any additional effort.

Shoot me a PM if you want the contact information of my SA.

Just go into your dealer and see what's happening. You gotta make the deal, no one on here can help you and dealers around the country are going to want to make more then others. Go for it.
