Test drove this 1LT V6 the other day in Sharkskin Metallic. I wanted to make sure the wife and I both liked the new color and the convertible. I'm planning to order a 2SS Convertible and give it the looks of a 1LE convertible with the wrapped hood and wheels.

Looks a little brighter than Satin Steel under the sun. Anyone have side by side pics between Satin Steel and Sharkskin?

I saw a SharkSkin on the highway last Saturday, definitely a "shallower" color than Satin Steel Metallic... It was a brighter silver and less depth than Satin Steel Metallic...

I keep waiting to spot one in a parking lot so I can take a side-by-side photo. Maybe I just need to take one for a test drive at the dealership and then park it next to my car? 😉

I definitely feel like Satin Steel Metallic is a much "deeper" color than Sharkskin... Satin Steel Metallic was my backup color (still kinda wondering if I should have gotten it but my wife keeps telling me she doesn't like SSM)...
