Blown speaker sound from all speakers?

I thought my 2016 2SS with the Bose system had a blown rear speaker, as it sounded like the left rear was shot. I unplugged the rear speakers but could still hear the sound from the left door speaker, although less pronounced. Could it be the amp is bad? Poor ground? It’s an intermittent issue that sometimes shows up on start up. The sound occurs on the bass notes.

Did you figure It out I have the same issue. I changed amps and now just driver speaker works great no sounds from the rest or anc
