Question Feedback from American Thunder Non-NPP Exhaust Owners

Hi all,

Looking at scooping up this kit for the car. For those that currently own this kit for Non-NPP setups, any complaints or tips on the install?

I know there are alot of choices out there for exhausts and everyone has their own opinions. I am a fan of the flowmaster tune and from youtube videos, its a medium to low noise option.

I'm at a $685 price point. I wouldn't mind hearing other choices of a similar price range.

Nobody really uses Flowmaster anything here, it's known to drone in the cabin really bad. You'll have to deal with that one way or another. For the price point you mention MBRP has some options that do not drone.

I bought a generic Flowmaster but haven't installed it yet. I'm no longer loyal to Flowmaster since now they're not made in USA. So I figure might as well save some dough. I'm with you on the Flowmaster sound. I like it the best. Their sound clips kinda suck but it's enough to tell how it sounds.

I pivoted to the Borla S-Type. Very satisfied with my purchase. 400$ difference in price, but I knew I could trust the quality of Borla to not be disappointed.

Flowmaster doesn't drone any more then any other exhaust systems.
I have the NPP version on my 2018 2SS, I love it.
