Well if that’s the case I will be switching and loading thru my HP Tuners old version. The newer version has Bluetooth so that gives me an excuse to buy the newer version 3.

Sure! I'll put that in a separate thread, so as not to muddy this one more There are far smarter and capable people here, though, so keep that in mind.

I'm getting ready to make a decision on my A10 unlock, just a little over a month till the first TNT and I plan on being there if the weather permits. We are going to run it with the same set up as last year, just unlocking the trans. Then Mike is working on a in tank for me so we just make sure we never run out of fuel. I have about 10 events planned this year so we gotta get going, weather in Missouri will change in March and I'm hoping that little POS that said 6 more weeks of winter is wrong. So far he's been wrong for us here in Mid-Missouri and the next 15 day forecast looks good. March can be a little crazy here, you just never know but spring is for sure right around the corner and the time change is just about a month away.

2023 plans:
  • get some front wheels that match the new rear drag pak for God's sake
  • pulley down + PI??? Not sure where i want to go from here really

Would like to run at least 10.5 in 1/4. Doable i think on the current setup as long as i can get the tq mgmt to go away. Never got a chance to test the front tire size issue last season. Hopefully resolved now.

Then I dunno, shoot for 10.2 for no other reason than just to do it i guess

Hey Chris, I hope you get your wish. You should consider coming out on the 18 or the 25th of March for TNT. Hope we have good weather, track will be prepped and you can get some good data. Then also consider running with us in the VP Heads Up Series. You get 2 passes and then paired up to race heads up in one of the 3 street classes. There are 2 event in April and on the schedule there call Super Saturday, anytime you see that VP Heads Up is running that day. Good luck on your quest for mid to low 10s.

Just decided to execute Stage 2 of the 2023 upgrades (Stage 1 was 15" conversion). Pulled the trigger on a new Whipple 3.0 blower to replace my Kong-ported 2.9 blower. Hoping the extra airflow and lower MATs will make for a nice improvement!

Thanks! I’m hoping the 15” conversion helps my 60’ time and the 3.0 gives me the HP up top.

How soon do you think you'll make a judgment on the 3.0 because I've been really dragging my feet. My business is 5-7 months on and 5-7 months off. Don't like cc debt I'm a yr older than our buddy Greg! Past ready though but at least 2 other projects lol.

The 3.0 is getting powder coated in white to match my Ceramic White interior (just like my 2.9 is) so it’s probably 8-10 weeks out. It’ll get installed pretty much right away. I’m hoping to make a private track day in my neck of the woods at the end of April. So that’s best case scenario. And I won’t be able to max the blower out as I doubt I’ll have enough high side fueling…

Crap I hadn't thought of them being several weeks out. I better see what they've got for an L87 pretty quick otherwise I'll have to wait until November after season is over. Thank you sir! I'll be watching!
