Yep I think can do it with LT headers, After market high flow intake manifold, bigger throttle body, and a higher lift cam with tune and racing stripes.

Not sure if you'd make 500 without e85 but if you port the heads and do every bolt on you'd be close. Most don't port the heads without changing the cam but it's still worth some hp.
