It was pretty slick in Lansing. Glad my commute is only 5 miles. My Pirelli Scorpion Ice are doing the job in this snow. I think I'll take the Impala tomorrow.

Mines only 4 miles, but I feel safer with the real winter tires than in my other car with all seasons.

Summer tires are pretty much useless in this weather. Death trap really

I was pleasantly surprised. 8-10 inches and I didn't have much of a problem!

It is comparable with rear wheel drive vehicles that I have drove in the winter before.

This is with all season tires, I have no idea how bad the "summer only" tires would have been if I would have kept them....

I'd just like to comment. Since I have the stock wheels, and Pirelli scorpion ice and snows, I had an issue. After this mornings commute in the city and getting snow in my tires, once I got out on the expressway, my car was shaking pretty bad.

It should be fine now that I got the snow out of the wheels, but something that can happen in the deep snow.

Now im glad I got the set of "Heritage" wheels with the stock All-Seasons on them. Those 18"s have been just fine all winter, today and yesterday included. Sure, if you give it some gas it will want to slip a little, but nice and easy and no problems! Every day im impressed!

Nice! Good to hear that the Camaros can handle our crazy MI weather. Someday I will have my own...someday

That is what I originally wanted, but I was quoted $2200 for the set of heritage wheels tires, lugs, etc.. from the dealer.

Spotted one in Redford on my way to check out a Chevy dealership on Plymouth Rd. in Livonia with a friend today Then we took some photos at the dealership. I put them all in the album linked below for anyone interested in taking a look.

I love the angles of your pics. I drive by this dealer regularly and they rotate the cars out at a decent clip for winter time.

Even when armed with just a cell phone, I still can't take "normal" looking photos It's all about making the cars look even better by looking at them from different angles. I still need to work on processing all my Detroit Auto Show pics from a few weeks ago...

Wow, three Camaros in one day! Wasn't able to take a pic of one, but I caught the other two, and a really nice dual-tone 4th gen

This blacked-out one snuck up on me at a stoplight:

And I caught these two in a parking lot:

So glad that the weather here has been good enough (most of the time) for Camaro owners to take their cars out to play

Yeah, those black Camaros sure can sneak up on ya I think I've seen him around.

I did take advantage of the weather too and took her for a ride today. Love those heated seats
