Hi Iowa Owners,

I'm happy to announce that I have a new ride. Two weeks ago I traded my 2014 2SS/RS with 1900 miles, for a 2LT/RS 2.0 turbo with 8 speed auto. I have already done the following: muffler delete, K&N filter, custom striping, Lloyd"s floor mats, custom emblems,my old Giovanni wheels and MGP caliper covers. There will be more to come.

With only 300 miles so far, it is pulling down 22+MPG. The performance is surprising with 275-300HP with mods. After a slight turbo lag, the tires will break loss at 10-15MPH.

I hope to be able to see some of you folks at the upcoming cars and coffee events.

Anyone got some stock ZL1 black rims they would like to trade? I got some forgeline ones I would like to trade. Don't have to be absolutely perfect, but decent shape prefered.

I could BUUUTTT.... I would really like a different style and don't want to pay for wheels and then pay to have them powder coated. It's better just to buy them the way you want them from the git-go

Hey everyone! I know it has been a while since I have posted. This is where a bunch of us meet up over time by talking on the forums. I know things change and it seems like there isn't anyone posting much. The Facebook page was started and there are quite a few in there.

Anyway! What has been going on? Weather has gotten nice and car events are available pretty much any time you are available if you wanted to do something. What have you been up to? What are you planning on going to in the next couple of months?

Thought I'd try and kick up some conversation in here again. I will have to check back myself as I haven't been in here much either...I realized I hadn't updated my info but I did get a Camaro last year in April.

Looks to be a nice weekend so get out and enjoy and try to plan on meeting up with some other Iowa Camaro Enthusiasts!

As the title says I'm finally coming home to Alta. I currently drive a white 2015 1LE and enjoy car shows, cruises, and just hangin out with other car nuts. Looking forward to going to as many events as I can and meeting new friends.

haven't been on the forums in a long time. Haven't done much to the car other than just put a new filter on the CAI and had did a street tune. Which is now my 3rd tune for this car. And I have to say this tune is awesome. The car runs and pulls hard. Found out that GPI never had my converter set to lock up and the pressure in my transmission was set way too high causing the temps to raise to 220 to 230 with a tranny cooler.

Paul, I hope you have a great turn out for your show this weekend. I enjoyed the 1st annual show we had out there, but I won't be making it this year. I have plans on building a deer blind/cabin up in northeast IA this weekend.

Glad to hear you are happy with the latest tune! Too bad you won't be going to the show tomorrow but understandable as there always seems to be soo much going on and we can't be everywhere.

I am planning to be at the show tomorrow and I also hope there is a good turnout.

Took 3rd in the autocross at Camarofest. Another V6 and I had to go through many V8's in our class to get 2nd and 3rd. Full prepped 4th gen V8 Z28 Took 1st.
