Sorry I havent been online much lately...work has been crazy and I am going back to school working on my Masters degree so not a whole lot of free time as you can imagine.
To answer some of the recent questions: Yes, I am going to the Fest...and BBOMG, have a room reserved for both. For alignments -- Mosely's did a good job for me Also, need to know who is in for meeting up with the Cajun Camaro Club at this year's Cajun Nationals held in Alexandria...the last weekend of September, 29th and 30th. This car show is held to benefit the Food Bank of Central Louisiana. Each year has been a great success so far! The Cajun Camaro Club has graciously done some leg work on looking into hotels in the area. Best option IMO is Best Western Inn & Suites - located at the corner of MacArthur Drive and England Drive. They require you to book at least 10 rooms for a group rate. The rates are $69.00 for a single, $79.00 for a double and $99.00 for a suite. You turn out on England Drive and it's a straight shot a few miles down into the Airpark for the event. MacArthur Drive is the main thoroughfare through town. Closer to restaurants, etc. They have an indoor swimming pool, free wi-fi, lots of parking and a full hot breakfast every morning. This hotel hosts most of the big events that come to town, conventions, reunions, etc. Please let me know if you plan on attending and if you want to stay at the hotel or not. Thanks all!!
