It's just the acoustics in the car. All cars have them somewhere.
Make sure you seal and deaden your doors really well.
I don't know if you're planning to tune with measurements using a mic and REW, but if you are, please post your measurements.

Joining Dyma again- going down that rabbit hole, just a thought but could it be automatic noise cancelling interfering? Also which is better the CDT mid or the auiofrog? I have never worked with them before...

The noise cancelling is disabled with the NavTV unit I use.
AS for AF vs CDT, lol, there are quite a few threads on DIYMA debating that subject. The AF can be crossed over lower, but I found that the CDT Unity 8.0 extend further up. Really both are good.

rough layout on oem trunk piece I will use for a template to make a mounting board... want to add stand offs and put acrylic or plexiglass over it and light it up....

I decided on the CDT Unity 8 for the mids and a ribbon tweeter
