NPP Flowchart / Troubleshooting?

Anybody have a flowchart that shows how NPP should behave under certain conditions or any troubleshooting info like the service manual data for it? Pretty sure something is wrong with mine - one valve is closed and one is open in tour mode.

Is it possible to get the electronics off to look at them without pulling down the muffler?

I didn’t think the valves open but at cold start up and Sport and Track mode.
