Up 50+hp, almost .2 and 3mph

It needs sticky tires. I am having to roll into it to limit spin.

I got bored and decided to try a msd intake. I asked around and juicedmotorsports had the best price by a decent amount.

I didn't spend any time tuning other than a small a/f adjustment. I just got the agp twin turbo set up ordered and that kind of killed the excitement of this intake. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a little more in it with timing adjustments. I got about 13hp in in the drag racing rpms.

After waiting 2 months for tha agp stuff they told me it would be another 2 months. I decided to back out and do my own set up. A local buddy of mine is waiting for the agp kit and has a 2016 ss so we should have some interesting data to compare.

He will have the intercooled agp set up and probably 93octane(to start) with some post intercooler meth.

I will have bigger turbos, no intercooler for now, meth and e85. I am going to try the precision 6266 turbos. One good thing about these turbos is if I can make them fit a 6766 will fit in the same space. A pair of 6766 would be a good match for a 414 if I ever get that far.

I got a pair of truck manifolds. So far the drivers side fits with about 1/2" of space from the steering shaft. The passenger side flange hits the body but there is some room to trim it up a little. I appear to have room for the turbos and air filters and room to make adapters from the manifolds to the turbos. The problem is getting the 2" charge pipe out of there. It is going to be tight.

This is going to take awhile. I can't seem to get very much free time. So far the drivers side looks pretty good. There is about a 1/2" or clearance around everything. The charge pipe is pointed strait up and will need some heat management to keep it from melting the silicone coupling.

When doing a scavenger pump

Don't think gravity return with -10 or larger drain lines. Instead go smaller to keep velocity up.

We use -6 an from turbo to oil cooler then cooler to pump and pump to valve cover.

Think of it like this. You drink water through a straw very easy. But put a water hose in a tank and try sucking the water through the hose. The pump only has so much power so keep the velocity up to make it work better. Also if using a diaphragm pump use a cooler before the pump for added safety. A simple trans cooler will work just fine
