A Strut Tower Brace WILL NOT fit with a Whipple on a ZL1.
As soon as it barely clears the Whipple lid, it hits the underside of the hood where the bar indent is...and it will not allow the motor to move at all. That idea is done! |

Has anyone tried to fit the GM bar over the ZL1 in the coupe ok? Does it hit the hood or would some washers allow someone to mount it over the SC?

The GM Performance bar for the SS definitely does not bolt on to a ZL1 without some customization at rhe mounting points to move the bar up enough to clearance for the supercharger but not too high to hit the hood. It will require a 15 to 20mm stand off gain the clearance and longer bolts.
