You may need a Zl1 fuel pump depending on the power, which will be an absolute pain to put in, even for a professional....

Just went the forced induction route in June and chose the Procharger D1. There's a bit more to it than just the supercharger. you'll also need to upgrade the fuel pump and injectors. I also went with a bigger intercooler and a low noise gear set.

While it was all stripped down, I also added lower gears in the rear.

Total cost for all the above was just over $10k installed.

The Edelbrock E-Force S/C is a very good for daily drivers. This would get you 500HP with no other mods. LT headers would get more HP, but not necessary. Installation would cost $1000 and $500 for a tune.

I installed mine myself and saved $1000.

I have the slp set up. I did it all myself except for the tune. As far a sound goes long tubes and x pipe no cats and a cold air intake got me 436hp to the wheels and t sounds awesome. The slp tvs 2300 got me up to 559hp. But also added zl1 pump and adm fpcm to work with it. And i lucked out and got my slp when they ran the big sale my total price was right at 6k..the new style slp supercharger is very quiet hardly any wine to it at all so it makes for a great sleeper set up.

I like that signature: "so far I like my car the way it came from the factory". Mine's perfect in every way the way it rolled off the assembly line. I can't think of anything that would make it better. Well, maybe one thing, that stupid hill start assist, I can do without that.

Your wife sounds amazing.

If I even talk about my car my GF starts to nod off.
