Well, spent most of the day at dealership. Majority of the LPO items (spoiler & ground effects) showed up around lunch time but the stripe for the trunk/spoiler won’t be in until first of next week. So I did paperwork and dealer will deliver to house via rollback as soon as complete.

Otherwise, car is AWESOME!!! I haven’t seen a picture yet that does the orange color justice. It is unbelievable in person!!! I will update further and post pics of completed car soon, I hope!

Awesome! I soooo need a close-up of the steering wheel if you would be so kind. After you take delivery, if course.

Are the seat belts darker than the photos?

TPW 04/02/18. HAD to do convertible. Not many did. Just makes the car, and everyone uses it for prom, parades, cruise nights etc. I sell Chevys, so it's good customer PR! Can't wait, we havn't owned an LT1 yet. 8 speed!! YES!!

Pretty crazy about the spoiler...right? Although, did not know they were not being shipped with the stripe off...too bad, as not all dealerships can apply the vinyl stripes and need to have a vinyl specialist come in to do. Makes me glad to be getting a convertible as they will be shipped with the spoiler on (so I am told).

Congrats! Will be exciting to see more pics once completed!
